The afternoon of May 7th, the Indian delegation participated in a business briefing where the high-ranking Indian delegates presented their needs in terms of pulp and paper clean technologies. The briefing was followed by a limited number of one-on-one meetings, lasting 12-15 minutes each.
 On that day, from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, we also organized a mini technology expo for a maximum of 10 companies wishing to spend additional time with the delegates. Our experience has been that this type of event affords companies ample time to discuss the delegates needs, to demonstrate or present the benefits of their products and services and to spend quality time with the delegates. The expo was open only to the delegates.
 The expo had 10 companies. Sponsorship of $350 includes a standard 2’x6’ skirted table, two chairs and lunch.
