The afternoon of September 12, the delegation will participate in a business briefing where the high-ranking delegates will present their needs in terms of information and communication technologies. The briefing will followed by a limited number of one-on-one meetings, lasting 12-15 minutes each.
 On that day we have also organized a mini technology expo for a maximum of 10 companies wishing to spend additional time with the delegates. Our experience has been that this type of event affords companies ample time to discuss the delegates’ needs, to demonstrate or present the benefits of their products and services and to spend quality time with the delegates. The expo will be open only to the delegates.
 The expo will have 10 companies. Sponsorship of $350 includes a standard 2’x6’ skirted table, two chairs and lunch.
