In January, the delegation will participate in a business briefing where high-level officials from Aviation Authority of India (AAI) and Ministry of Civil Aviation Security and executives from several private airlines will present their needs in terms of aviation security technologies. The briefing will followed by a limited number of one-on-one meetings, lasting 12-15 minutes each.
 We have also organized a mini technology expo for a maximum of 10 companies wishing to spend additional time with the delegates. Our experience has been that this type of event affords companies ample time to discuss the delegates’ needs, to demonstrate or present the benefits of their products and services and to spend quality time with the delegates. The expo will be open only to the exhibitors and delegates.
 The expo will have 10 companies. Sponsorship of $350 includes a standard 2’x6’ skirted table, two chairs and lunch.
