Cabinda Port: USTDA is cost-sharing the financing of a feasibility study on the expansion of the Port of Cabinda with ChevronTexaco and the Provincial Government of Cabinda. Cabinda is a major petroleum producing area of Angola. The project would further enhance the port’s capacity to provide in-country services for the international oil companies operating in Angola. The feasibility study is currently underway and should be completed by the time of the orientation visit.
